Listening to: The White Stripes!!! Finally! Sheesh....

I've had two/three most excellent days.

Thursday night was wonderful. I celebrated the full moon with my circle plus two--made tincture of mugwart, mother's wart, and lemonbalm; chanted; and, co-existed in sacred space. Later that night, I returned to the same park and experienced another kind of magic.

Friday, I worked and then attended Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are dead with my 'smarty-pants' friends. But first, we picniced on the beach. All was lovely. R & G is one of my favorite pieces of writing EVER. So I laughed my ass off and enjoyed being sandwiched between two friends--thigh to thigh, shoulder to shoulder. Afterwards, 4 of us ended up at the observatory. I've never looked through a big-ass telescope before. We saw Hercules' Cluster (snort, snort). Apparently, it's one of the oldest 'objects' in the universe and it's a part of our galaxy! Wicked cool. I was positively giddy.

Saturday was a blast! I worked but made a lantern for the Illuminares at work. I like making things in public because people are so appreciative. I also love helping people when they come in and say that they are trying to make "x" and do I have any ideas? I *always* have ideas. I also got alot of attention by walking down The Drive with my lantern (which I also like). Illuminares was excellent. I loved my time there. I enjoyed my walk home and sitting in my backyard chatting on the phone.

All in all, a pleasant/stimulating time was had by the girl.
