Here is a description of deliciousnous in a bowl.
Take one tomato vine ripened by an older Italian woman living just off Commercial Drive. It's essential that this woman be complimented on her tomatoes. If all goes well, she will harvest some tomatoes for you--in appreciation of your appreciation. Next, cube the tomato into big chunks in a bowl. Salt and pepper your tomato using freshly ground, coarse sea salt and whole black pepper. Give the bowl a healthy shot to a suitable extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle capers on top. Toast some walnuts. While the nuts are toasting, crumble some chevre over the tomato. Toss the walnuts on top and listen to them sizzle. By this time, you will have a nice full bowl of a kind of coarse brushetta. Now eat this with delight. I didn't have wine or bread with my dish of deliciousnous but you could.
